Minds Anonymous

Mindsanonymous.com provides a safe space to share mental health stories, completely anonymously.

Minds Anonymous is a not-for-profit, mental health initiative, set up to end the stigma that surrounds this topic. To offer support to those that suffer and increase understanding of common and uncommon mental health conditions.

By sharing stories of real life mental health experiences, Minds Anonymous aims to prove that managing mental health is simply part of being human.

I founded the initiative in October 2020. Since then it has grown beyond my wildest expectations, and reached more people than I could have imagined I had in mind that I could just reach one suffering person with a story and make them feel less alone, it would have been worth the work.

At present, July 2022, the website has been viewed nearly 15,000 times, in over 65 countries across the globe. We have published over 110 stories of mental health experiences and support articles from professionals.
